Role of Mori Art Museum
Creativity is full of inventing at Mori Art Museum. It is a contemporary art museum. Which was founded by Mori Bijutsukan, in Tokyo Japan. It is not a permanent spot of artwork but seasonal. But acts as a temporary art museum. Where Artists display their artwork. This museum is a studio where all the curated artists exhibit their solo or themed art shows. Profound Artists have displayed their Fine Art in the Mori Art Museum. Which includes Ai Weiwei, Gohar Dashti, Tokujin Yoshioka, and Bill Viola.
The theme for this year Mori Art Museum is Ecology
Ecology is the study of the interaction of Organisms with each other. This also includes their interaction with the environment. This year Mori art museum theme is dedicated to Ecology towards planetary living. Which means the effects of Planet activities on the Ecosystem. This subject matter is of grave importance. Which requires the attention of our citizens. For that artists chose this medium as a tool for awareness.
History of Ecology of our planet
This issue arose right after the technological revolution started. Due to this, our planet has drastically changed in the past few years. These changes have triggered the entity of survival. Industrial waste is thrown into Seas and lands without any limitation. Due to this, our lands are facing challenges. Which includes Climate change, Soil erosion, undrinkable water, and contaminated water. Which is disturbing the balance of Nature. Since this revolution started, most of it has affected the existence of nature.
Feature of Exhibition
This year's exhibition is about to blow your mind. Its main target is to grasp much attention of a wide range of audiences. The exhibition has dwelled on the concept of awareness, of our ecology and the living planetary.
Highlights of Exhibition
In this year’s exhibition, 34 artists have participated from Tokyo and Foreign countries. More than 100 works are to be displayed. Some of them will be from History that will depict past activity. Some of them will be commissioned, especially for the theme. The whole exhibition is divided into 4 categories. Which will be featured according to chapters. The first is “All Is Connected”. Then “Return to Earth”. Next will be “The great acceleration”. And the final will be “The future is within us”.
